I have a store and would love to carry some of your items. Do you do wholesale
or consignment?
Wholesale vendors, please fill out our WHOLESALE
VENDOR APPLICATION. Due to far too many bad experinces, we no longer do consignment unless we have a long established relationship with the company.
How do you make______? Where do you get supplies to make______?
When we started our company in 2003, we simply did not want to place artwork on clothing & other things & call it a day. We were determined to not only make our artwork unique, but also wanted our products to be like no other company's. We make painstaking efforts to come up with our processes as well as procure the supplies we need, this sometimes takes weeks even months. We do TONS of research as well as countless hours of trial & error, so please do not be offended if we do not respond to your inquiries.
What
types of payment do you accept?
Xenos Designs currently only accepts credit card, debit card & e-check payments
through PayPal's secure on-line server. You can now send payments via PayPal
without even setting up an account!
When
can I expect my order?
You can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on availabilty.
In that case, we will drop you an e-mail to let you know if it will take longer.
How
will my order be shipped?
All orders over $15 are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders
under $15.00 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If your order is more than $15, Xenos Designs will send you a confirmation number as well as an estimated ship date after we receive your order and payment.

Residents of California will be charged 9.75% sales tax on all purchases.
What
happens if my order is lost or stolen in the mail?
Once an item is shipped out it is out of our hands. We will do everything we can to try to help you locate it, but we will not issue a refund for lost or stolen items.
What
is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of most
of our items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please drop us
an line.
